Agribusiness Incubation: Good Practice Assessment and Training Module. The assignment included: 1) conducting a good practice assessment of experiences with using business incubation to stimulate the start-up and acceleration of innovative agribusiness SMEs, 2) developing a training module on agribusiness incubation for developing country stakeholders. The Global Good Practices Assessment on Agribusiness Incubation yielded an actionable report for developing countries.

Description of actual services provided in the assignment

(i) Conducted a good practice assessment of experiences with using business incubation to stimulate the start-up and acceleration of innovative agribusiness SMEs, (ii) Developed a training module of agribusiness incubation for developing country stakeholders. (iii) Trained current and potential agribusiness incubators managers from 25 countries. (iv) Prepared publication for World Bank and three videos.
